Juan Busto was hired by NASA in 1984 as a cooperative student while pursuing his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
His experience with NASA includes digital hardware design and programming, computer system design, real-time simulation systems, networks, project management, UAS operations and analog mission deployments.
Juan is currently with the IT Computational Sciences Branch at Kennnedy Space Center (KSC). His responsibilities have him supporting KSC’s sUAS program and analog deployments as part of NASA’s Science Mission Directorate research proposals. He is also the lead for the Scientific Network Research Federation (SNRF) network infrastructure.
