On Friday, July 9, 2010, Professor Edmond Wilson, Harding University, AR, and two of his undergraduate students, Julianne Petty, Electrical Engineering and NASA Workforce Undergraduate Researcher, and Darah McDaniel, biochemistry and Molecular Biology Major and a Arkansas Space Grant Consortium Undergraduate Researcher visited NASA Ames.Dr. Andrew Mattioda provided a guided tour of the Astrochemistry Laboratory where he showed the group the wonders of infrared spectroscopy and its role in the field of Astrobiology. The visit was made possible through funding by the Arkansas Space Grant Consortium (ASGC).
